Joe DiStefano had an ambitious plan to build a new office building across the street from his family’s business, Stadium Auto Body in Brighton. So he put the financing out to bid. And something very surprising happened.

“I put the project out to bid on a Wednesday. The Village Bank hand-delivered an approval on Friday,” he recalls. “I decided right then this was the bank I wanted to work with.”

Throughout the project, Joe says The Village Bank made everything simple and quick. “They enabled me to pay my subcontractors faster, allowing me to get better prices.”
